Pre-owned vintage condition. The white trim on his hat is quite discolored. However, I do not think it is dirty because the rest of the Santa is clean. I believe it has discolored from the glue used to attach it, but it is best if you be the judge. It is common for these vintage wooden ornaments to have bits of glue showing, some paint chipped or smudges and a hole or two that was used in the manufacturing process.
