Shipping policy

We ship with USPS for most of our items. Heavy products may go via UPS or FedEx. Items will be shipped within 5 business days (Monday-Friday) of the purchase.

We offer free shipping for all United States domestic shipments.  International buyers will be charged the actual shipping cost for orders. Shipping is calculated and shown at checkout. We offer First Class Mail all the way through Priority Mail Express option.

All free shipped items are sent via standard first class package, media mail (cookbooks), and USPS letter stamps for stickers and decals. If you need your order by a certain deadline, please choose the most appropriate USPS Method: PRIORITY OR EXPRESS MAIL. Do not rely on USPS Standard Mail to deliver within a certain time frame. (USPS does not guarantee delivery time for standard or priority mail.) 

AVERAGE TRAVEL TIME: 

First Class Letter Stamp - 3 - 15 days 

First Class or Economy Mail - 2-7 days 

Media Mail - 3 - 12 days

Priority Mail – 2-7 days and INSURED 

Express Mail – 1-2 days and INSURED

Shipping to a Different Address 

In order to ship to a different address (other than your billing address), make sure to indicate the specific address for shipping in the checkout process.

International Orders/Shipping 

We currently offer international shipping to Canada and Australia. If you are trying to purchase from another country and have any issues at checkout, please email us for assistance.

All International orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service and is calculated at checkout based on weight. It is the customer's responsibility to know if customs fees and taxes are required as well as pay them upon delivery.
