Noticed flaws - Pre-owned vintage condition. Cover and pages show wear, age discoloration, and staining. Cover has heavier wear with some bends and tears. Binding is coming undone on bottom of book. Back and front cover are starting to come detached. (Back is worse.) See pictures for details.
