Noticed flaws - This item is in pre-owned vintage condition. Cover and pages show wear, page bends, age discoloration, and staining. Entire book appears to have gotten damp...there is water staining, pages don't lay perfectly flat, etc. At least 5 pages, one of the binder holes has torn. Also, has some dust/staining typical of a book this age. May have some handwritten notes or marks from previous owner. Please see the pictures for details.
