Noticed flaws - This item is in pre-owned vintage condition. Cover and pages show wear, page bends, age discoloration, and staining. Heavy staining and water staining specifically. Outer Cover Spine area has been reinforced with tape. Handwriting on outer front cover Various pages also have 1-3 punch holes torn as expected of a binder cookbook of this age. May have small handwritten notes, check marks, x marks, etc. from previous owner. No other noticed flaws. Please see the pictures for details.
