Noticed flaws - This item is in pre-owned vintage condition. Cover and pages show wear, page bends, age discoloration, and staining. Cover has heavy wear and back is coming detached. 1 Envelope pocket in back has a ripped punch hole. Various pages also have 1-3 punch holes torn as expected of a binder cookbook of this age.
